Whip whites. Add sugar and still whip. Add jolks and whip all together. Then add flour and baking powder. Mix gently. Cake put into rectangular greased form of dimension 10x14 inches (25x36 centimeters). Bake 25 minutes in 340 degrees F (170 degrees C). Cool it down. Pour water with lemon juice.
Peel off the apples. Slice them. Put into pan with a sugar. Stew all 20 minutes. Cool it down. Melt gelatine in a 1/2 cup of hot water and add to the apples. Mix all. Put on cake.
Beat powdered cream. Melt gelatine in in a 1/2 cup of hot water. Add to cream. Mix. Put that mixture on apples.
Pour chocolate topping. Cool it down in a fridge.
