Sponge cake: 4 eggs
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Mixture: 3 eggs
1 1/2 cup of butter
1 lemon powdered jelly
1 cherry powdered jelly
2 gooseberry powdered jelly
2 pounds (1 kilogram) of bananas
Directions:
Bake sponge cake.
Make mixture. Melt lemon jelly in cup of water. Melt butter with yolks and 3 spoons of sugar. Add grated bananas. In the end add lemon jelly to mixture. Put mixture on cold sponge cake.
Cherry jelly melt in cup of water. Whip 3 whites with 3 spoons of sugar. Then add jelly and mix. Put mixture on cake. Then make 2 gooseberry jelly. Put on cake.
