Ingredients:
Sponge-cake:
6 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of potato flour
3/4 cup of wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Cream:
1 tin of milk not-sweetened condensed
1 instant whipped cream
1 "cream-fix"
1 cup (20 dag) of desiccated coconut
3 (3-4 ounces each) white chocolates

Directions:

Froth glairs adding sugar, next add vitellus frothe still. Mix from wheat flour and potato flour and baking powder, and mix with egg mass then, add vinegar and mix. Pour cake to smeared fat forms and stove ca. 50 minutes in temperature 302 degrees F (150 degrees C). Cool and cut on half. Every cake drip with parboiled water mixed with lemon juice.

To small pan cast from the tin a bit of milk and dissolve in it 1 1/2 the plates of chocolate, in water bath and cool. Froth the rest of milk until it will enlarge its volume lightly. Add instant whipped cream, cooled chocolate and desiccated coconut.

Shift with cream the sponge-cakes, and pour on the top of cake the white glaze (3/4 chocolate dissolve in water bath, adding after ok. 3-6 tablespoons of butter and milk)
