Whip the whites then add sugar and yolks. Still whip. Add flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix gently. Pour to a square form of dimensions 10x14 inches (25x36 centimeters). Bake in 340-360 degree F (170-180 degree C) for 30 minutes. After baking you can pour sponge cake the water with vanilla.
Boil milk with sugar and vanila sugar. Add desiccated coconut. Boil as long as mixture will be creamy. Add butter to hot mixture and still mix. Then cool it down mixture and put on sponge cake.
Melt chocolate and margarine togetger for the glaze, mix and pour on cake.
