Froth glairs, add sugar and froth still. Add yolks and froth still. Then add flour and baking powder. Mix gently. Pour the pastry into a greased form and bake 25 minutes at 340 degrees F (170 degrees C). Cool, drip with lemon juice with water.
Mix flour and sugar in one cup of milk. Boil for a while. Cool. Grind butter adding cool pudding and at the end add vanilla aroma. Put the filling od the sponge cake.
Melt butter, add sugar and desiccated coconut. Fry to gain gold color. Cool and spread on the filling. Cool the cake in fridge.
