Bake clear sponge cake. Whip whites, add sugar (whip) then add yolks (and whip). Then add flour, baking powder, creamy aroma. Mix. Pour mixture to greased form of dimensions 10x14 inches (25x36 centimeters). Bake 25 minutes in 340 degree F (170 degree F). Cool it down.
In the same form bake cocoa sponge cake. (the same way as clear sponge cake but remember add cocoa!!)
Boil 2 and 1/2 cup of milk. In rest milk melt custards and pour to boiled milk. Boil. Hot mixture pour on clear sponge cake. Put cocoa sponge cake on it.
Chilled cream beat with vanilla sugar. Add powdered cream and mix. Mixture pour on cocoa sponge cake. On the top pour strawberry jelly.
