Cake poppy-nut with mass




Ingredients:
Cake:
2 cups of wheat flour
4 eggs
1 cup of sugar
5 tablespoons of oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 teaspoon of powder to baking
Punch:
3 spoons of vodka
Poppy mass:
2 cups (50 dag) poppyseed's
2/3 cup (15 dag) of sugar
2 cups of milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons of honey
3 glairs
Nut mass:
2/3 cup (15 dag) walnuts
1 cup (20 dag) of margarine
2/3 cup (15 dag) of powdered sugar
3 vitellus
1/2 cup of milk
Glaze:
1/2 cup (12 dag) of margarine
1/2 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of milk
4 tablespoons of cocoa
To decoration:
2 ounces (5 dag) of sweetmeats (the raisins the, almonds, the walnuts, caric)

Directions:

Prepare cake: grind sugar with eggs on plump mass, add 8 tablespoons of boiled water, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, sugar, cocoa and on end oil. Smear form with fat and pour crumbs. Shift to form cake, put to warmed oven and stove about 40 minutes in temperature 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Prepare poppy mass: rinse poppy seed, drain off, mill. Flood with boiling milk, add the rest of components. mix and boil to condensation. Cool lightly, sprinkle with vodka and lie out on cake.

Prepare nut mass: mill nuts, flood with hot milk and cool. Grind powdered sugar with margarine, add vitellus and nuts gradually. Lie out on poppy mass nut mass.

Prepare glaze: mix components and boil, mix exactly.

Pour cake glaze and decorate with sweetmeats.

You shouldn't boil or fry it too long because it is likely to loose its specific flavour. Remember, if you will overcook it, it may becomes bitter.

Garlic should be added into dishes at the end of its preparation.
