Mix yolks with flour, baking powder and margarine. Add cup of sugar, vanilla sugar and cream. Make cake. 1/5 of cake use to decorate, rest roll and put on greased form.
Peel apples, slice put on cake.
Whip whites with 1 cup of sugar. Mix with boiled and cold custard. Pour it on fruit. Sprinkle cake (you can grate it).
Bake 50 minutes in 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Cool it down. Sprinkle powdered sugar.
