Mix the ingredients, knead it and put into fridge.
Boil butter, milk, sugar and honey. Then add cut walnuts and stir everything. Cool the cream.
Spread the pastry on greased form and dart it with a fork so it won't crack. Put the nut cream on the pastry. Put some aluminum foil on top so the walnuts won't burn.
Put the cake into a hot oven and bake for 30 minutes at 340 degrees F (170 degrees C). It tastes best on second or third day.
