Mix all ingredients for cake (but without cocoa) and make cake. Divide on 2 parts. Mix one of them with cocoa. Put whites cake on greased round form and on cake put plum’s jam. Make pellets of dark cake. In the middle of every pellet put sultanas. Put pellets on jam. Put into oven and bake 45 minutes in 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Beat butter, add whipped whites and one jelly melt in cup of water with gelatine. Put mixture on baked cake.
Then put on cake second jelly.
