courgette
Spices: bay leaf
dill
2 pieces of garlic
pepper
pimento
pepper
Sauce: 4 cups (1 l) of water
3/4 cup of vinegar
6 teaspoons of sugar
3 teaspoons of salt
Directions:
Wash courgette, slice and put into jar. Add spices. Make sauce using all ingredients. Pour hot sauce into jar with courgette. Then put into hot but dark place.
