Cake: 1 1/3 cup (30 dag) of flour
1 1/3 cup (30 dag) of margarine
2 yolks
3 tablespoons of cream
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
Cheese mixture: 1 3/4 pounds (80 dag) of cottage cheese
2/3 cup (15 dag) of butter
4 eggs
1 cup (25 dag) of sugar
lemon juice
pell of lemon
Mill cheese. Beat margarine with sugar, yolks and add whipped whites. Add cottage cheese. In the end add lemon juice and pall of lemon. 4/5 of cake put into form. On cake put cheese mixture. On cheese mixture put rest of cake. Bake 45 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar.
