Cheesecake




Ingredients:
Sponge cake:
6 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1,2 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
vanilla aroma
Cream cheese:
1,5 pound (75 dag) of cottage cheese
2 cups (1/2 litre) of double cream
2 cups of sugar
vanilla sugar
25 teaspoons of gelatin
2 jelly of strawberry (1 jelly have 3 ounces; 8 dag)


Directions:

Whisk eggs whites on rigid foam, add sugar and still whisk. Next add yolks and still whisk. In the end add flour, baking powder and mix. Cake spill into spread margarine rectangular baking tin (10x14 inches;25x36 centimeters) and bake ca. 25 minutes in temperature 340 degrees F (170 degrees C). Cool and soak mix boil water and aroma vanilla.

1 jelly dissolve in 1 cup of hot water. Cool and dice.

Grind cheese. Add sugar and vanilla sugar.

Whisk double cream, add cold gelatinm (dissolve earlier in 1 cup of hot water).

Mix cream cheese, cream mass and dice of jelly. Unfold on sponge cake.

Flood cake of set jelly (dissolve earlier in 2 1/2 cups of hot water). Put into fridge.

25 teaspoons of gelatine it is about 2 ounces (50 gram) - it is standard package of gelatine. So much because this gelatine should make 1,5 pound of cottage cheese and 2 cups of cream to become thicker :)

You shouldn't boil or fry it too long because it is likely to loose its specific flavour. Remember, if you will overcook it, it may becomes bitter.

Garlic should be added into dishes at the end of its preparation.
