Mill cottage cheese. Beat yolks with sugar, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Add cottage cheese, butter (must be melt and cold). Add custard, sultanas, almonds and whipped whites. Mix gently.
Put cheese mixture onto greased round form. Put into oven. Bake 50 minutes in 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Melt chocolate in milk. Pour topping on cake. Sprinkle desiccated coconut.
