2 pounds (1 kg) of vanilla cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
2 teaspoons of semolina
1 tablespoon of potato flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
salt
vanilla sugar
lemon aroma
biscuits
Mix cottage cheese with semolina, flour and baking powder. Beat yolks with sugar and add to cottage cheese. Whip whites with salt, add to cottage cheese, mix.
Put biscuits on greased form, put cottage cheese mixture on it. Bake 1 hour in 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Pour cake chocolate topping.
If you can you can add orange’s peel ar sultanas. And you can use peaches vanilla.
