Make cake (use ingredients for cake). 2/3 of cake put on greased form, rest cool it down in fridge.
Mill cottage cheese (2 times). Beat butter with powdered sugar and yolks and egg. At the end add cottage cheese, powdered custard and lemon aroma. Mix. Pour mixture on cake in form. On mixture put sliced peaches.
Whip whites and add step by step powdered sugar and potato flour. Pour it on peaches. On the top of cake grate rest of cake. All put into oven and bake 50 minutes in 320-340 degrees F (160-170 degrees C).
Cool cake down. Then sprinkle powdered sugar.
