Pour sultanas hot water, add rum aroma. Wait 1 hours. Then filtr sultanas of water. Melt gelatine in 1/2 cup of hot water.
Beat butter. Add step by step cottage cheese, yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Still beat. At the end add cold gelatine, sultanas and orange's peel. Mix gently.
Use middle round form (must be greased). Chop walnuts. Use them to sprinkle walls of form. Put cottage cheese mixture on form. Melt chocolates with 3 spoons of milk. Use it to decorate cake.
Cool it down in fridge.
