Whisk whites and add sugar and still whisk. Add flour, vanilla sugar, oil, baking powder, cinnamon, bicarbonated soda, apples chopped in small pieces, raisins.
Mix it all. Apples and raisins should be sprinkled with flour so that they wouldn't go down in the dough. Pour the dough into the buttered and sprinkled with breadcrumbs tray (for fruit cake).
Bake it for about 60 min. in a temperature of 340-360 degrees F (170-180 degrees C).
Cool the cake down and sprinkle some sugar powder over it.
