Whip whites with powdered sugar, add flour, baking powder and aroma. Mix gently. Pour on greased form. Bake 25 minutes in 340 degrees F (170 degrees C). Cool down sponge cake and divide on 2 part.
Make custard, cool down. Beat butter. Then add custard and jam. At the end add cherry alcohol.
Pour 2 part of cake using ponch(3/4 cup of hot water with lemon juice). On first of them put half of filling and put second part on it. On second cake put rest of filling.
Boil water,sugar and cocoa. Add margarine. Mix. Use topping to decorate cake.
