Cold peache's cake




Ingredients:
Cottage cheese mixture :
3x vanilla cottage cheese (3 x 5 ounces-15 dag)
lemon powdered jelly
Cream mixture:
2 cups (1/2 liter) of cream
2 tablespoons of gelatine
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
More:
orange powdered jelly
tin of peaches
biscuits (ca 3 ounces-8 dag)

Directions:

Put biscuits into middle round form (diameter 9 inches-22 cm).

Melt jelly in a cup of hot water. Cool it down. Mix with cottage cheeses. Half portion peaches slice, add to cheese mixture. Mix. This mixture put on biscuits in form. Cool it down in fridge (20 minutes).

Melt gelatine in 1/2 cup of water. Cool it down. Beat cream with powdered sugar, add gelatine. Mix. Put this mixture on cheese mixture. Cool it down on fridge (20 minutes).

Slice peaches, put on cream mixture.

In 2 cups of hot peaches juice (you can add hot water) melt orange jelly. Cool it down and pour on peaches in form. Cool it down in fridge.
