Cream Cheesecake




Ingredients:
Cake:
1 1/3 cup (30 dag) of flour
1/4 cup (6 dag) of sugar
2/3 cup (15 dag) of butter
2 vitellus
1 teaspoon of powder to baking
Cream:
2 pounds (1 kg) of cottage cheese
5 eggs
1-2 cups of milk
1 cup of sugar
2 creamy puddings
2 tablespoon of potato flour
almond oil
To decoration:
sugar powder

Directions:

Connect designed on cake components, and develop cake then. Lie out with cake gout and sides greased large cake-pan (diameter ca 10 inches;25 centimeters).

Mill cheese. To cheeses add vitellus, sugar, puddings in powder, potato flour, almond oil and milk, in such quantity, so mass is not to thin. To mix. On end add foam frothed from glairs. Mix all gently and to pour out on cake.

Put to warmed oven and stove ok. 50 minutes in temperature 340-360 degrees F (170-180 degrees C). Cool and to pour powdered sugar.

You shouldn't boil or fry it too long because it is likely to loose its specific flavour. Remember, if you will overcook it, it may becomes bitter.

Garlic should be added into dishes at the end of its preparation.
