Creamy apple pie




Ingredients:
Sponge cake:
6 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 1/5 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Mixture with apples:
2 pounds (1 kg) of apples
1 cup of sugar
lemon juice
cinnamon
Creamy mixture:
2 cups (1/2 l) of cream
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
vanilla sugar
2 powdered cream
Decoration:
cinnamon

Directions:

Whip whites, add sugar and still whip. Add yolks (whip). Then add flour and baking powder. Mix gently. Pour cake into greased round form and bake 25 minutes in 340 degrees F (170 degrees C). Cool it down. Divide on 3 parts (must have 3 wheels).

Slice apples, fry 30 minutes. Cool it down. Add lemon juice and cinnamon. Mix. Divide mixture on 2 parts.

Cold cream beat with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Add powdered cream. Mix. Divide mixture on 3 parts.

On first part of cake put 1/2 of apple’s mixture. Then put second part of cake on it. Then put rest of apples, 1/3 of creamy mixture and last cake’s wheel. Use rest of cream to decorate.

Sprinkle cinnamon.

You shouldn't boil or fry it too long because it is likely to loose its specific flavour. Remember, if you will overcook it, it may becomes bitter.

Garlic should be added into dishes at the end of its preparation.
