Beat yolks with sugar, add powdered sugar. Whip whites and add to mixture with yolks. Then add flour and baking powder. Mix gently. Pour cake into round form and bake 30 minutes in 320-340 degrees F (160-170 degrees C). After baking divide cake on 2 parts (crumble one of them).
Melt 8 ounces (25 dag) of white chocolate, add 1 cup (200 ml) of cream. Rest of cream beat with powdered cream. Then mix with melt chocolate and crumbled cake. Put mixture on cake. Use desiccated coconut to decorate.
Cool it down in fridge.
