Knead the crusty pastry and put in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then split it into 2 parts. Mangle one part and put in a form. Peel the rhubarb, cut into cubes and put on the pastry.
On the rhubarb pour filling frothed of the ingredients given above. On top besprinkle the rest of the crusty pastry. Bake for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle ready pie with powdered sugar.
