2 pounds (1 kg) of apples
1 cup of margarine
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of flour
1 cup of potato flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 vanilla powdered custards
4 cups (1 l) of milk
Pell apples, grate. Mix margarine with cup of sugar and yolks. Then step by step add flour and potato flour, and baking powder. Whip whites. Mix whites with yolks mixture.
Make custards and add rest of sugar.
3/4 of cake put into greased form (10x14 inches; 25x36 cm). Put apples on cake, pour custards and rest of cake. Bake 50 minutes in 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Cool it down. Sprinkle powdered sugar.
