Dark cake with fruit




Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cup of sugar
5 eggs
1/2 cup of margarine
3 tablespoons of olive
4 tablespoons of cocoa
1 teaspoon of baking powder
vanilla sugar
fruit-pears


Directions:

Melt sugar, butter and cocoa in pan, add olive and 1/3 cup of water. Then cool it down. Add to mixture yolks, flour and baking powder. Add whipped whites. Pour cake on greased form. Put fruit on cake.

Bake hour in 350-390 degrees F (180-200 degrees C).
