Make sponge cake (whip whites, then add sugar, yolks, flour. mix).Bake 25 minutes in 340 degrees F (170 degrees C). Cool it down. Mix water with arac aroma. Uce it to pour cake.
Boil cup of milk. Rest of milk mix with powdered custards. Pour into boiled milk. Cool it down. Melt margarine. Add custard. At the end add sultanas, desiccated coconut and almonds. Put mixture on cake.
Boil milk, melt coffee on it. Cool it down. Mix with cream. Melt gelatine in 1/2 cup of water. Cool it down and mix with coffee mixture. Pour on custard mixture. Cool it down in fridge.
