Beat yolks with egg, sugar and cream. In another pan beat butter. Then mix together. Add flour. Mix. Add rest of ingredients. Cake pour into greased form.
The top smear yolks, sprinkle chopped almonds.
Cake put into oven. Bake 30 minutes in 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Mazurek is the best after 2-3 days.
