Whip whites, add sugar, yolks and still whip. At the end add flour, baking powder, lemon juice and lemon’s peel. Pour mixture into greased round form (but not all!) Mix rest of cake with spoon of cocoa. Pour on clear mixture.
Bake 35 minutes in 340 degrees F (170 degrees C). Sprinkle powdered sugar or pour icing.
