Melt margarine and honey. Add gingerbread spices and mix. Boil 1/2 cup of sugar with 5 tablespoons of water and pour it to mixture with honey. Mix.
Mix yolks with rest of sugar and add to mixture. Mix.
Then add baking powder and flour. Whip whites, add to mixture. Mix.
Next day roll cake and use forms to make cakes. Then put them on greased form and bake 20 minutes in 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Cool cakes down and decorate.
