Chop the cabbage, put into a big pot, add milled meat, semolina, raw rice, eggs and spices. Mix everything and knead. Form oval "golabki".
Fry in hot oil until they become gold.
Pour 2 liters of water to a pan, add tomato paste mixed with water. Boil everything. Put the "golabki" in boiling sauce and stew for 45 minutes.
Take from pan when ready. If there is not enough sauce add some water. Thicken the sauce with 4 spoons of flour mixed with a little water. Boil and spice up. Serve with sauce and potatoes.
