7 1/2 pounds (3 1/2 kg) of cucumbers
Spices: bay leaf
pimento
mustard
1 onion
2 carrots
celery
Sauce: 1 cup of sugar
1 cup of vinegar
4 cups of water
1 tablespoon of salt
Wash cucumbers, dry and slice. Then put into jars. Slice onion, grate carrots. Add bay leaf, pimento, mustard, onion and 1-2 tablespoons of grated carrots and celery into every jar with cucumbers.
Boil sauce (mix ingredients). Pour sauce into jars with cucumbers. Boil.
Ingredients for 6 jars.
