4 pounds (2 kg) of tomatoes
3 onions
1 1/2 tablespoon of salt
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 of nutmeg
4 cloves
6 pieces of garlic
6 pimentos
1/2 cup of pepper
1/2 cup of vinegar
Directions:
Wash tomatoes. Slice, fry and then cool it down. Then grate them. Add chopped onion, garlic and rest of spices. Boil and mix. 20 minutes before end of boiling add vinegar. Cool it down.
Pour ketchup into jars. Boil.
