Divide ingredients for coconut cake on 2 part. Make 2 cakes.
Whip 4 whites. Add 3/4 cup of sugar and whip. Add 1 cup (200 grams) of desiccated coconut and rum aroma. Mix. Pour mixture on round form. Bake 35 minutes in 300-320 degree F (150-170 degree C).
Melt sugar in yolks. Melt butter and add step by step mixture of yolks and sugar, alcohol and aroma. At the end add coffee (make in water).
Put 1/2 filling between coconut cake. Rest use to decorate all cake.
