Whip whites, add sugar and yolks. Whip. Add flour and baking powder. Put into round form. Bake 40 minutes.
Juice of pineapples boil with sugar. Melt custard in 1/2 cup of water and boil on pineapples mixture. Add jelly to hot custards, mix. Cool it down. Then add 3 yolks, mix. Add cream, mix. Add slice pineapples. Divide sponge cake on 3 parts. Pour every of them (ponch: cup of water, lemon juice). Smear every part using pineapple’s mixture. Use chocolate topping to decorate.
