2 pounds (1 kg) of apples
cinamon
chocolate topping
Cake: 2 cups of flour
1 cup of margarine
1/2 cup of sugar
2 yolks
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Custard mixture: 2 and 1/2 cups of milk
2 yolks
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of potato flour
vanilla sugar
Meringue: 4 yolks
1/2 cup of sugar
Mix half cup of milk with 2 yolks, vanilla sugar, flour and potato flour. Boil 2 cups of milk. Pour mixture into boiled milk. On cake pour milk with mixture (mixed). On custard put sliced apples. Sprinkle cinamon. Bake 15 minutes.
Whip whites, add 1/2 cup of sugar. On cake put meringue and bake 20 minutes. Decorate chocolate topping.
