Wash and slice the button mushrooms. Put in hot water and boil for 30 minutes. Then drain.
Chop the meat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry in fat from both sides. Melt the instant soups in 4 cups (1 liter) of water. Add yogurt, green parsley and mix.
Put fried meat inside and stew for 45 minutes. Take out the meat. Mix 2 tablespoons of flour with 1/2 cup of water and pour into boiling sauce. Boil for a while. Add cooked button mushrooms and meet to the sauce.
Serve with potatoes and salad.
