Cake: 1/2 cup of margarine
1 egg
1 cup of sugar
2-3 tablespoons of cocoa
2 cups of flour
1 cup of buttermilk
2 tablespoons of baking soda
Decoration: powdered sugar
Directions:
Beat margarine, egg and sugar. Add cocoa, flour, buttermilk and baking soda. Mix.
Pour cake into greased form. Bake 35 minutes in 320-340 degrees F (160-170 degrees C).
Cool cake down. Sprinkle powdered sugar.
