Ingredients for sponge cake use twice (to bake two sponge cakes).
Bake two sponge cakes. Cool it down. Pour them using water with lemon juice.
Beat butter with powdered sugar, add yolks still beat.
Grate apples, pour lemon juice on it. Add to mixture. Mix gently.
Put mixture on first sponge cake. Put second on mixure. Sprinkle powdered sugar.
