Napoleon's cake




Ingredients:
Cake:
5 tablespoons (8 dag) of margarine
1 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of honey
3 eggs
4 1/2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Mixture:
4 cups (1 l) of milk
6 tablespoons of semolina
1 cup of butter
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 cup of sultanas
arrack aroma
Decoration:
desiccated coconut


Directions:

Put margarine into pan. Add sugar and honey. Boil and mix as long as will be melt. Then cool it down. Add eggs and mix.

Mix flour with baking soda. Add melt mixture. Then make cake and divide on 3 parts. Roll every of them. Put every on greased form and bake (separation). Bake 10 minutes in 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Then cool cakes down.

Boil milk, add semolina and boil. Mix. Cool it down.

Mix butter with powdered sugar, add boiled semolina and aroma. Then add sultanas. Divide mixture on 3 parts. Put it between cakes. The top of cake sprinkle desiccated coconut. Cake is the best after 2 days.

You shouldn't boil or fry it too long because it is likely to loose its specific flavour. Remember, if you will overcook it, it may becomes bitter.

Garlic should be added into dishes at the end of its preparation.
