4 eggs
2 cups of wheat flour
6 tablespoons of sugar
5 tablespoons of thick acid cream
vanilla sugar
2 flat teaspoons of baking soda
1 pound (1/2 kg) of cottage cheese
Mill cheese, shift to bowl. Add the rest of components and develop the cake. Form with wet hands small globulet and throw it on average hot oil. Fry on golden colour.
Put to lined with with parchment bowl. Cool and pour powdered sugar.
From recipe we will receive ca. 130 donuts.
