Nuts rolled cake




Ingredients:
Cake:
1 1/3 cup (30 dag) of flour
1/2 cup (10 dag) of sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup (10 dag) of butter
2 tablespoons of milk
1 full teaspoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar
Mixture:
1 cup (20 dag) of chopped walnuts
1/2 cup (10 dag) of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of dense cream
1 tablespoon of rum
Icing:
2 tablespoons of cream
2/3 cup (15 dag) of powdered sugar

Directions:

Make cake (use all ingredients in recipe for cake!!)

Eggs and 1 whites whip on steam with sugar and vanilla sugar. Cool it down. Mix with chopped walnuts and, spoon of cream and rum. Roll cake, make thin rectangle. Smear one of edge (longer) using yolks mix with 2 spoon of cream.

Walnuts mixture put on cake. Roll on. Put in fridge for 30 minutes. Cold roll cake put into greased and sprinkled form. Smear topping rest of yolks with cream.

Bake 1 hour in 370 degree F (190 degree C).

Cold roll cake sprinkle powdered sugar.

You shouldn't boil or fry it too long because it is likely to loose its specific flavour. Remember, if you will overcook it, it may becomes bitter.

Garlic should be added into dishes at the end of its preparation.
