Mill the cheese. Grind the yolks with sugar and butter until it's white. Add cheese, frothed glair foam, potato flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and delicacies. Put the pastry into greased form. Bake for 50 minutes.
Prepare the meringue filling. Froth the glairs with powdered sugar, add desiccated coconut and mix well. On baked cake pour the meringue filling and put into ovet for next 20 minutes. Melt chocolate and butter for the glaze, mix and pour on cooled cake. Sprinkle with color candy.
