Boil margarine, sugar, cocoa and water. Cool down the mass and pour half a cup out of the mass for icing. To the rest of the mass add eggs, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and raisins and nuts sprinkled with flour.
Pour the dough into the baking tray and bake it for about 40 min. in a temp. of 320-340 degrees F (160-170 degrees C). Cool it down, pour icing and scatter desiccated coconut over it.
