"Prince Polo" cake




Ingredients:
Cocoa sponge cake:
4 eggs
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1-2 tablespoons of cocoa
Cake
3-4 ounces (10 dag) of prince polo wafers
1/2 cup (10 dag) of desiccated coconut
1/2 cup (10 dag) of walnuts
6 whites
1 cup (10 dag) of sugar
Filling:
1/2 cup (10 dag) of butter
6 yolks
5 tablespoons of sugar
Decoration
chocolate topping

Directions:

Bake sponge cake. Whip whites. Add sugar, still whip. Add yolks. Whip. Add flour, baking powder, cocoa. Mix gently. Spread mixture on rectangular greased form. Bake 20 minutes in 340 degree F (170 degree C). Cool it down. Pour cake cold water with lemon.

Whip 6 whites. Add sugar, still whip. Add sliced prince polo wafers, walnuts, desiccated coconut. Mix all. Spread mixture on greased form. Bake 20 minutes in 340 degree F (170 degree C). Cool it down.

Whip yolks on steam. Add sugar, whip. Cool it down. Mill butter. Add yolks mass. Mill. On baked, cold sponge put mixture. Then put cake with "prince polo" (on mixture). Decorate with chocolate topping.
