Boil rice and vegetables separately in salted water for 20 minutes. Cut button mushrooms in slices and put into boiling water.
Boil for 15 minutes with small fire. Drain, put on a frying pan and fry with onions cut into cubes. Drain rice and vegetables. Put into big pan, add fried onion and button mushrooms. Spice up.
Serve warm.
