Salad from Beijing cabbage




Ingredients:
3 pounds (1 1/2 kg) Beijing cabbage
1 large carrot
1 large parsley
1 packaging in powder dill sauce
pepper
salt
wegeta
green parsley

Directions:

Shred cabbage finely. Rub off on grater of large eyes carrot and parsley. Prepare according to recipe sauce on packaging.

Shift to bowl cabbage, carrot and parsley, pour dill sauce and to mix. Spice up.

Pass as addition to potatoes and different kind of meats.

It is super! Sometimes I add lemon juice, maize and radish!

You shouldn't boil or fry it too long because it is likely to loose its specific flavour. Remember, if you will overcook it, it may becomes bitter.
