Wet herrings in water with vinegar 2 hours. Then slice.
Slice cucumbers, apples, boiled eggs and boiled potatoes. Filtr beans. Mix all together. Add mayonnaise. Cool it down in fridge.
Ingredients for 10-12 portions.
Serve with ham and bread.
You shouldn't boil or fry it too long because it is likely to loose its specific flavour. Remember, if you will overcook it, it may becomes bitter.
