Semolina pie




Ingredients:
ca 80 tea biscuits
1 filling:
1 cup (225 grams) of sugar
2 tea spoons of vanilla sugar
1 cup of milk
1 cup of margarine
3 spoons of cacao
1/5 cup (40 grams) of semolina
2 filling:
1 cup (225 grams) of sugar
vanilla sugar
1 cup of milk
1 cup of margarine
1/5 cup (40 grams) of semolina


Directions:

Make the 1st filling: boil milk, margarine and sugar. After boiling add semolina. Cook for 10 minutes stiring. Add cacao at the end.

At the bottom of the form put tea biscuits. Pour hot cacao filling. Put tea biscuits on top. Then pour on it 2nd filling made the same way as the 1st (except cacao). Put third layer of biscuits.

Pour some chocolate glaze on top and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.

The best! It is my favourite cake! I love it because I love biscuits! Better it without desicated coconut! You can add chopped nuts!

You shouldn't boil or fry it too long because it is likely to loose its specific flavour. Remember, if you will overcook it, it may becomes bitter.

Garlic should be added into dishes at the end of its preparation.
