Ingredients:
Dough:
3 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of butter
2 eggs
2 spoons of honey
2 teaspoons of bicarbonate soda melted in 2 spoons of warm milk
Walnut mass:
1 1/3 cups (300 grams) of walnuts
2 spoons of honey
1/2 cup (110 grams) of sugar
1/2 cup (110 grams) butter
Cream:
2 yolks
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 flat teaspoon of wheat flour
2/3 cups (150 grams) of butter
2 teaspoons of cocoa


Directions:

Knead dough and divide into two parts. Bring the ingredients for the walnut to boil. Put the hot part of the mass on one part of the cake. Both parts bake separately for 20 min.

Cook pudding using milk, flour and vanilla sugar. Mix the yolks with sugar and add it gently to the pudding. Wait until it thickens.

As soon as it cools down mix with butter and add cocoa. Butter the dry and baked cake with pudding cream and cover it with walnuts.

I think it is too sweet. I make cream with cup of milk, cup of butter, two teaspoons of cocoa and flour. Generaly it is good recipe
